Snaply

Delete your Snaply account

This page explains how to delete your account for Snaply (com.suipt.snaply), the Android app published on Google Play, and exactly what is removed.

OPTION 1 — IN THE APP

Erase everything stored in the cloud

If you only want your uploaded content gone, you can do it yourself, immediately, without contacting anyone:

  1. Open Snaply and go to the Account tab.
  2. Tap Reset sync.
  3. Tick the confirmation box and confirm.

This permanently deletes every synced folder and screenshot, and every share, from our servers, and turns cloud sync back off. Your screenshots stay on your phone. Your sign-in account itself remains — use option 2 to remove that too.

OPTION 2 — BY REQUEST

Delete your account entirely

To remove your account and everything held against it, send us a deletion request:

  1. Email the developer address shown on Snaply's Google Play listing, under Developer contact.
  2. Use the subject line “Delete my Snaply account”.
  3. Send it from the email address you signed in with, so we can confirm the request is yours. If you cannot, tell us the address you used and we will verify another way.

We action requests within 30 days and reply once it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
